＊ TOP / Cedar：Cedar sounded more mature and open sound in its tonal characteristics. Cedar is favored by finger style players due to its warmth and response.
＊ SIDE/BACK Mahogany：Quarter-sawn straight grain mahogany is light weight and hard, subsequently it delivers a fast tonal transfer, a bright and organic tone and the bass is on the warmer side.
＊ MBS18E has a classic-headstock design made with a ebony veneer in mother of pearl logo. The tuners with 1:24 gear ratio for precise tuning.
＊ Rosewood is a hard tone wood that with open pores. It's a stable wood to be a fretboard, and also adaptable to climate changes. The 44mm nut width along with the 24-fret design, allows for endless tonal possibilities.
＊ LumiNova Glow in Dark Material：With light storage properties, it absorbs light when it is bright, and releases the absorbed light energy when it is dark, emitting a clear blue light.
＊ The Celluloid white binding serve to protect the edges of the wood from impact.
＊ The oval-shaped ebony bridge helps support the string tension. The buffalo bone for the nut which is very hard and articulate. This helps the strings to vibrate and to have a deep resonance. The compensated saddle is designed to provide the accurate intonation and produce the correctly pitched note.

Every authentic aNueNue instrument is accompanied by a product warranty card and a unique product serial number. To activate the warranty, ensure that the product warranty card has the official aNueNue flagship store or any aNueNue authorized dealer's "store stamp" and the purchase date filled in at the time of purchase. Free repairs are guaranteed for any malfunction occurring under normal use (excluding human factors) within one year. When seeking repairs, please present the product warranty card with the completed "purchase date" section and the affixed "official dealer store stamp." If the store stamp or purchase date is missing or illegible on the warranty card, the warranty will be deemed expired, and free repair services will not be provided. However, we can still offer a repair quote.

Warranty Policy

1. The warranty period is effective for one year from the date of purchase..
2. Free repairs are provided for any malfunctions occurring under normal usage within the warranty period, upon presentation of the warranty card..
3. The warranty coverage commences on the purchase date and extends for one year. Should the purchase date on the warranty card be left blank or be illegible, the warranty period will be calculated from the product's shipping date from our company..
4. The following situations are not covered by the product warranty, free repairs, or product repair services:
・ Non-aNueNue products or counterfeit products are not eligible for warranty and repair services.
・ Products with altered, unidentifiable, or counterfeit serial numbers, or unauthorized changes to the serial number.
・ Improper use, inadequate storage or maintenance, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications will not be covered under the free repair service.
・ Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, and floods, or other force majeure events.
・ Malfunctions or damage caused by using accessories not sold by our company.
・ Damage caused by the alternating use of consumables.
・ Warranty cards that have been tampered with, counterfeited, damaged, or made illegible, making it impossible to identify the warranty period.
・ Damage caused by repairs, modifications, or disassembly performed by personnel not designated or authorized by our company.
・ Damage or malfunction caused by installing non-company-sold equipment or accessories.
・ Accessories and gifts included with the product at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

We provide a 7-day product inspection period, beginning on the date you receive your order (including weekends and holidays).

Please Note:
The 7-day inspection period is not a product trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact, including the product itself, inner and outer packaging, manuals, accessories, complimentary gifts, and promotional items. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Returned or exchanged products must:

・ Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, complimentary gifts, and promotional items.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
・ The 7-day inspection period has expired.
・ The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to customer actions (excluding shipping damage), including stains, defects caused by misuse, breakage, wear, scratches, or other signs of use.
・ Original packaging is incomplete or damaged, or invoices, accessories, or gifts are missing.
・ Malicious or excessive return requests.

3.Return Procedure

Contact Customer Service → Return Eligibility Confirmation → Prepare the Product and Original Invoice → Provide Pickup Time, Contact Information, and Address → Our designated logistics provider will collect the returned item.

4. Exchange Procedure

Where both you and our store agree to process your request as an exchange, we will provide exchange services. If there is any price difference, we will issue an invoice for the difference and either collect or refund the applicable amount. If there is no price difference, no additional payment or refund will be required.

5. Refunds
